Part of the rain-soaked 5 Freeway was closed early Wednesday morning when a FedEx truck carrying thousands of pounds of packages crashed in Pacoima. The big rig driver was not injured in the Christmas Eve crash near the De Soto Avenue exit.
AUSTELL, Ga. — Fire crews responded to a reported fire at a FedEx facility in Cobb County on Monday morning, authorities said. Units were called to the location at about 9:15 a.m. after a small exterior structure near the building caught fire. Crews quickly extinguished the flames, fire officials said.
