Williams-Brice Stadium is a construction zone and, because of that, there is a chance South Carolina football will not play a spring game in 2026. At the moment, one must check in and put on a hard hat to enter the stadium. And upon walking through the gates, you’ll notice that the concourse on the entry level is well, gone.

Construction expected to begin this spring on the MAPS 4-funded stadium, which is scheduled to open in early 2028.
