Every map in Anime Expeditions gets you important EXP, coins, and general rewards. However, as you unlock higher-level maps, you get unit equipment that unlocks your anime characters’ true potential.
The Zanpakuto mechanic was added to Anime Astral Simulator with Update 6. You can obtain the Zanpakuto at the Hueco Mundo World (World 10) by crafting it using four different Zanpakuto Fragments.
