1 - Cut your input by 90%. Mute. Unfollow. Unsubscribe. You can’t build fast while being overstimulated. 2 - Set ONE north star goal. No backup plans. Break it into milestones. Chase each like your life depends on it. 3 - Build a 3-hour daily deep work block. No distractions. No exceptions. This becomes sacred. Everything else moves around it. 4 - Start logging your behavior. You don’t change what you don’t measure. Use an app yo track goals and habits 5 - Create a dopamine-safe evening routine:

These endangered Puerto Rican parrots have been moved to a “hurricane room” ahead of Tropical Storm Ernesto. The Puerto Rican parrot is the only native parrot in the U.S. and has been the focus of recovery programs in recent years. The wild parrot population took a major hit in 2017, when back-to-back hurricanes Irma and Maria decimated Puerto Rico and the birds’ habitat. Since then, captive breeding programs and releases into the wild have helped grow the Puerto Rican parrot population. Ernesto

More than three million pounds of trash was collected from @TheOceanCleanup’s Interceptor Barricade on Las Vacas River in Guatemala in 2023. This year, the group says the Interceptor captured hundreds of truckloads of trash in a matter of hours during the first flood of 2024. Without proper waste management systems in place, much of the trash from Guatemala City washes into the Rio Las Vacas during heavy rain events. The Interceptor aims to capture that waste before it reaches the ocean. | Pattr
