trigger warning but the entire reason I’m a dietitian is because I struggled with this so bad. If this stuff isn’t something you’re comfortable listening to, don’t. I am not mentioning these celebrities to shame them, and I am not diagnosing anyone, the standard is bad and there are people that are definitely malnourished regardless of the cause and it’s so hard because I don’t feel like I can say anything but it’s also hard to watch because I don’t want young girls to think this is normal.
