Pemohon mengajukan permohonan pengujian Pasal 3 ayat (1) huruf d UU Nomor 18 Tahun 2003 tentang Advokat ke Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) (11/6). Pasal ini menetapkan usia minimum 25 tahun untuk menjadi advokat.
