A little rant on the idea that Gen Z is lazy and has no work ethic or loyalty and just job hops. I feel like it’s the first time that companies are feeling immense pressure to treat employees fairly and pay them properly. Like what do you mean you’re going to expect me to drive more revenue for your company, give me an increased workload and increased responsibility and not even consider changing my job title or giving me a raise or any sort of benefit. These are long overdue conversations, but
