Every time I post these rolls, they go crazy — over 20 million views and counting — and for good reason. These are the softest, fluffiest, most foolproof homemade dinner rolls… and they’re perfect for Thanksgiving. I always say homemade rolls don’t have to be complicated, and it’s true. My daughter is even making them tonight for her college Friendsgiving — kneading the dough by hand because she doesn’t have a mixer. If she can do it, anybody can. Whether you’re hosting, heading to a potluck, or

My dinner roll recipe went viral with over 11 million views, and now I’ve given it a hearty twist—this time with fresh-ground wheat flour. I swapped in 4 cups of wheat flour for part of the all-purpose, and the result is two gorgeous loaves of homemade bread that are soft, flavorful, and perfect for everything from sandwiches to warm slices with butter. And if you’ve ever wondered about using a grain mill—don’t worry. It’s smaller than you think, easy to store, and makes baking with fresh flour

So many of you have made my soft & fluffy dinner rolls (over 20 million views — still blows my mind 🤍) and one question kept popping up: “Can I freeze the dough?” I love when you bake along with me, and I love your questions — so I tested it! I froze the shaped dough balls, thawed them, baked them… and they came out just as soft, tender, buttery, and perfect as fresh. This is a game-changer for: • Smaller households who don’t need 35 rolls at once • Busy home cooks and meal preppers • Holidays

These rolls are soft, fluffy, and incredibly simple to make — no complicated steps and no fancy equipment required. I truly believe homemade bread doesn’t have to be hard. You don’t even need a mixer — this dough can be kneaded by hand and still turns out perfectly soft every time. Whether you’re hosting Christmas dinner, bringing a side to a family gathering, or serving them alongside s

If you saw my freezer-dough video, you already know — YES, my viral dinner roll dough freezes perfectly. 🙌 And today I’m showing you one more reason to love it… Monkey Bread! 🍞✨ This recipe works with canned biscuit dough too, but using my homemade roll dough (frozen, thawed, and puffed) makes it extra soft, buttery, and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. It’s cozy, nostalgic, and ridiculously easy — the kind of dessert that disappears in minutes. Perfect for weekends, holidays, or just because you

This monkey bread is all about ease and flexibility. I made the dough fresh for this video using half of my dinner roll recipe (the other half became rolls), but you can absolutely use frozen dinner roll dough or two cans of biscuit dough if that’s what you have. The best part? You can prep it the night before, cover it, refrigerate it, and bake it fresh the next morning. A little prep work turns into a warm, buttery, pull-apart breakfast with almost no effort. 🧈 Monkey Bread Ingredients • 30 o

This monkey bread is one of those recipes that works with whatever you have on hand. For this video, I made fresh dough using half of my dinner roll recipe and turned the rest into rolls, but you can just as easily use frozen dinner roll dough or even canned biscuit dough. It’s simple, buttery, perfectly gooey, and fun to pull apart and share. Whether you’re making it for breakfast, brunch, or a sweet treat, it always disappears fast. 🧈 Monkey Bread Ingredients • 30 oz dough (homemade dinner ro

This Cinnamon Honey Butter is light, fluffy, and unbelievably good on warm rolls, pancakes, cornbread, or anything that needs a touch of sweetness. The cinnamon adds warmth, the honey gives the perfect natural sweetness, and whipping it transforms the butter into a silky, airy spread. What I love most is that this recipe came from my 14-year-old son—he suggested I try it, and it immediately became a family favorite. It’s quick, simple, and tastes like something you’d get at a restaurant…but bett
